Pediatrician’s office
Thessaloniki 2012
The aim was to redefine “childness”, through theatrical gestures in order to overturn the predictable experience of a doctor’s office.
A synthesis of colourful fabrics in combination with a linear sitting bench, run the space connecting kids to the adult world. The distinguishing red rope feature separates the play room from the waiting area, allowing for visual contact.
The plain atmosphere in the examination room communicates calm and balance for both patients and doctor.
