Jale Swim Club

In a slope overlooking the entire bay of Jale, starting from sea level and covering an area of approximately 20.000 sq.m.
The design of the first phase consists of 70 bungalow units and is part of a greater scheme in order to create a Bungalow Resort Hotel with a maximum capacity of 300 units.
Furthermore, most important part of the project was the landscaping of the beach and the existing rock formations in order to be best incorporated and extend the usage and appreciation of outdoor activities to the maximum.
Multiple levels of terraces blend within the shore line in different shapes and volumes in order to create this effect.
